AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are Yasmin Stokinger, self-employed in Switzerland and operating under the brand name “heyyoli”, with a registered business address at Hauptgasse 34, 9620 Lichtensteig, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).
We operate the website https://www.heyyoli.com (the “Website”) as well as all related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the “Services”).
We provide audio-guided embodiment sessions designed to help adults reconnect with their bodies.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of a legal entity (“you”), and heyyoli/Yasmin Stokinger, concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services and must discontinue use immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the Services. Where appropriate, we may also notify you of material changes via email. By continuing to use the Services after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.

The Services primarily consist of digital audio content designed to support mindful connection with one’s body, provided online.
The content is intended for personal development and self-awareness purposes only. Individual experiences with the content may vary, and no specific emotional, psychological, or personal outcomes are guaranteed. The Services are generally accessible worldwide. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services is permitted under the laws applicable to them.
From time to time, supplementary offerings or physical products may be made available. Such offerings will be described separately and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Feedback

5. PRODUCTS
Our primary offerings consist of digital content provided online.
Where supplementary physical products are offered, their description, pricing, and contract conclusion will be communicated separately, in particular through individual communication (e.g., via email). There is no entitlement to the availability of specific products.
The presentation of products on the Website does not constitute a legally binding offer.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or adjust the scope of content or products offered at any time. Prices are subject to change.
6. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT
Payment for digital Services is processed through external payment service providers (e.g., Stripe). By completing the checkout process, you authorize the respective payment provider to charge the amounts due using your selected payment method.
All prices stated are final prices and include applicable taxes as required by law. Prices are displayed in Euro.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the checkout process.
You agree to provide complete and accurate payment information and to update such information as necessary. If a payment cannot be successfully processed, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate access to the Services.
For separate sales of physical products (e.g., based on individual agreements via email), the payment and delivery terms communicated in each individual case shall apply.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Billing and Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees on a recurring basis using your selected payment method, without requiring separate authorization for each recurring charge.
The duration and billing period depend on the subscription plan you selected at the time of purchase.
Free Trial
Where offered, your subscription may begin with a 7-day free trial. At the start of the free trial, we will inform you by email about the duration of the trial and the subsequent paid renewal.
At the end of the free trial period, the applicable subscription fee will be charged automatically according to the selected plan, unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your user account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable and will not be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Account Deletion
Deleting your account results in the loss of access to the Services. Subscription fees already paid will not be refunded.
Fee Changes
We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees. You will be informed in advance of any price changes. Fee changes will apply only to future billing periods.
Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be successfully processed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services until the issue has been resolved.
8. REFUNDS
Where required by applicable law, consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights.
Otherwise, refunds will only be granted to the extent required by law or in cases of verifiable billing errors.
9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree to use the Services solely for their intended purpose and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
In particular, you must not:
- copy, download, record, distribute, publicly display, or otherwise make the Content available to third parties, in whole or in part;
- share login credentials or allow multiple individuals to use a single account;

- circumvent or interfere with any security features of the Services;
- use automated systems (e.g., bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools) to access the Services;
- introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technologies;
- impersonate another person or use false identities;

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Services in the event of a violation of these provisions.

In the event of a justified suspension or termination, you are not permitted to create a new account without our prior consent.
Any mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
14. CHANGES AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to further develop, modify, or discontinue individual features of the Services, provided that such changes are reasonable for users.

To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction for disputes shall be the registered place of business of the provider in Switzerland. For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction shall apply.

Although we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data, complete security or continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for data loss occurring outside our sphere of control.
